Happy Campers

I have just got back from a weeks camping in Portugal and thought it was high time I wrote a lil something about my favorite book; The Happy Campers. It was a gift from a friend about a year ago and I pretty much live by every page. It's full of camping tips, activities and recipes each one accompanied by beautiful illustrations and lomo shots. New Project

Just started thinking about the summer breif which is about portraits. To get the ball rolling I though I would have a look at some of Kate Gibb's work- my all time favourite artist- and found this rather appropriate stuff about Kate Nash. A whole load of beautiful collages which make up a sort of Kate Nash portrait!

So far today I have achieved little else other than working out how to use my humble 6 year old scanner to scan negatives. The effect is pretty grainy, but then I do enjoy a bit of grain. Here are some shots of my gnarly little kitty.
